• Your package will arrive within 24 hours for orders placed Monday through Thursday until 3:00 PM.
• For orders placed between 3:00 PM on Thursday and 12:00 PM on Friday, your package will arrive on Monday.
• For orders placed on the weekend, from 12:00 noon on Friday to Sunday, your package will arrive on Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL (Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

• The package will arrive within 5 to 7 days.

Shipping costs are €3.99 and free for orders over €60 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

You have a completely free exchange or return option for each order. If you need to exchange or return an item from that order, it costs €4.95.
In returns, the full amount of the item(s) will be refunded except for the return shipping costs of €3.99.
To be able to make the exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The order must be placed within the 15-day period for a return or exchange to be processed.
• The garment(s) must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn.

The first exchange is free; if you need to exchange or return another item from that order, it costs €10.90.

From the moment you receive your order, you have 15 days to submit your request for a size change or return using this form . You only need the order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
It is important that the garment(s) are in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn.
