Frequently asked questions about our garments

What types of sustainable fabrics do you use?

All the fabrics we use at Elisa Muresan are sustainable and ethically and ecologically certified. Our favorite is GOTS or OCC Guarantee for organic cotton. We also consider TENCEL™ for viscose. We also consider other materials, such as hemp or linen, as long as they meet our values and are certified.

How can I be sure it's my size?

If you have any questions, just ask us. You'll find Ioana in the chat on your screen, just to the right. She's an expert at finding your size and advising you on whatever you need. If she's not available at the moment, she'll take your question and send you an answer via WhatsApp or email.

Can I ask you to shorten a sleeve or the length of a garment?

Yes, you can. For some models, we offer the option to adjust the length of both the garment and the sleeve; please contact us. Please note that once customized, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Do you charge shipping or return costs?

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula is free for orders over €80. For orders below this amount, shipping is €3.99. For other destinations, please contact us. In the event of an exchange or return, we will refund the full amount of your order (excluding shipping costs, if applicable). You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used for payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We're very fast. On weekdays, you'll have your order at your chosen destination within 24 or 48 hours (for orders within the Iberian Peninsula). For other destinations, please contact us.

What if my order doesn't fit me when I receive it?

You have 15 days from the delivery of your order to make any exchanges or returns. To do so, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns if we have made any size adjustments or customizations.

Do Elisa Muresan sustainable garments require any special care?

Our garments don't require any special care. Plus, thanks to the quality of their craftsmanship and fabrics, you'll find they'll last like new for a long time. Wash them on a short cycle in cold water (max. 30°C) and do not use a dryer.
