Each pair of sneakers is handcrafted for you once your purchase is confirmed. Sneakers will ship 2 to 3 weeks after the pre-order closes, and you'll receive a notification with your tracking number as soon as they leave our workshop.
The exchange and return policy applies normally once you receive your package. However, due to the handmade and on-demand process, please note that processing any exchange may take up to one week longer than usual.
If your order includes other products in addition to the pre-order sneakers, please note that these items will be shipped as normal, independent of the sneaker pre-order.

Details and care
- Comp: Lining: 100% certified recycled cotton (GRS). Insole: 100% recycled PU + natural cork. Sole: 90% certified recycled TPU (GRS).
- Color: White
- Fabric type: Recycled cotton and organic cotton
- Care: You can wash your sneakers in the washing machine or by hand. It's very important to remove the removable insole, as it cannot be washed. In the washing machine, choose a cold, short cycle (max. 24°C / 75.2°F) without using fabric softener. White and worn fabrics may experience color variations when machine washed. To prevent this, we recommend hand washing in cold water and without detergents or fabric softeners to maintain the color. Dry at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
